We didn't read about the problem. We lived it.

MeritHyre was founded by recruiters, not engineers. With 20 years of running a staffing and recruiting agency, the founding team has lived the exact problem they are solving — drowning in applications, inconsistent screening, endless scheduling, and interviews that should have been automated years ago.

We know how staffing firms think. We know how HR teams work. We know what ‘hiring’ actually means at 2am on a Tuesday when a client is waiting on a submission and the application pile hasn’t been touched.

Most recruitment tools were built in 2015 and added AI features in 2023. We started with AI as the operating model. Every stage of the pipeline was designed from the ground up with the assumption that AI would be doing the work — not decorating it.
